Beginners Reformer Pilates
Designed for those beginning their Pilates journey, this class offers a graceful introduction to the Reformer. You’ll be attentively guided through the equipment, reformer etequit, and foundational movement. You’ll build strength, alignment and move with confidence - all at a pace that feels both supportive and empowering.
Dynamic Mixed Ability Reformer Pilates
Designed to energise and challenge, this faster-paced Reformer class focuses on flowing sequences, layered progressions, and deep muscle fatigue for longer lasting strength and tone. With passionate guidance and a seamless, supportive atmosphere, you’ll be encouraged to push your limits while maintaining precision. Expect those signature pilates shakes and plenty of burn.
Restorative Reformer Pilates
Previously known as Gentle Reformer.
Unwind, lengthen and strengthen in this beautifully paced Reformer class designed to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. With thoughtful flows, deep stretches, and graceful strength work, you’ll move in a way that feels natural, nurturing, and empowering. Dynamic Mixed Ability Reformer - Prenatal Adaptable
Carefully designed to support safe, empowering movement throughout pregnancy, without compromising on challenge or class experience. Enjoy a full-body, rewarding workout with attentive, knowledgeable guidance, helping you feel strong, confident, and connected to yourself at every stage of pregnancy.For non-pregnant clients, the class experience remains unchanged — you can expect the same elevated mixed ability session you know and love.
Post Natal Reformer Pilates

Dynamic Mixed Ability Reformer - Men’s Only
Designed to build strength, power, and endurance, this men’s-only Reformer class pushes you through dynamic sequences, layered progressions, and targeted muscle fatigue. With expert guidance in a focused, supportive environment, you’ll be challenged to reach new limits while maintaining control and precision. Expect heavy engagement, deep muscle burn, and those signature Pilates shakes that prove you’ve worked.
HIIT Mat Pilates
A dynamic, high-energy mat Pilates class where each sequence is designed to elevate the heart rate and fatigue targeted muscle groups. Expect flowing combinations that challenge strength, stamina and control. A contemporary, athletic take on Pilates principles that delivers a strong, full-body workout.
Barre Burn
A vibrant, full-body workout blending the precision of Pilates with the energy of barre — designed to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch in all the right places. Dynamic Mixed Ability Initiate Reformer Pilates
You'll get everything you love from mixed ability classes, with the only difference being that our initiate classes are led by an apprentice instructor. These classes are designed to support our instructors in training and are offered at a slightly more accessible price, without compromising on quality or experience.
ReformBarre
A vibrant, full-body workout blending the precision of Reformer Pilates with the energy of barre. In this hybrid class, you’ll transition seamlessly between the barre and reformer, layering elegant movement with powerful technique to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch in all the right places. Intermediate/Advanced Dynamic Reformer Pilates
Everything you love about dynamic and then some. this class pushes you further with minimal rest, smoother transitions and challenging spring tensions to build strength, tone and endurance. Every movement requires control and precision, refining technique while working at a higher intensity. Suitable for clients who have completed 20+ mixed ability classes. You’ll leave stronger more empowered and fully engaged in your practise.
Strength & Conditioning Reformer
Strength-focused Reformer classes led by our PT Pilates instructors.
A strength-focused Reformer class designed to complement your Pilates practice. These sessions blend the precision of Pilates with progressive resistance to safely load and challenge key muscle groups. Classes are split into Lower & Core and Upper & Core, allowing you to target specific areas while maintaining balance throughout the body. Expect controlled, purposeful movement and expert guidance throughout, helping you build strength, stability, and resilience.
